🌱 What is Mahabhiyan 2.0?

"Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam Mahabhiyan 2.0" is the second edition of a deeply touching and environmentally powerful campaign where citizens plant a tree in honor of their mother. It blends love, memory, and climate action.

🎯 Key Objectives

  • 📸 Promote mass participation via digital pledges and tree selfies
  • 🌍 Expand green cover and awareness of climate responsibility

  • Plant a sapling in your name or in memory of your mother
  • Click a photo and share on social media with the hashtag #EkPedMaaKeNaam
  • Tag the nearest forest division or upload to UP Green Portal (if applicable)

🧭 District-Wide Targets

The UP government has set individual targets for every district, with forest officials and local volunteers monitoring the campaign across urban and rural blocks.
