Except for the corona virus epidemic, there are very few people around us who do not play with their lives. Actually, people who know that it is very harmful to our health. And keeping in side the statutory warning, people consume it, they do not even care what is written on the packet.

A review of the study by public health experts convened by the WHO on 29 April 2020 found that smokers are more likely to develop severe illness with COVID-19 than non-smokers.
COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the lungs. Smoking reduces lung capacity which makes the body difficult to fight against COVID-19 and other diseases. Tobacco is also fatal for other diseases such as heart disease, cancer, respiratory diseases and diabetes. Which puts people in these conditions at high risk for developing serious illness when affected by COVID-19. Available research suggests that smokers are at greater risk of serious illness and death.
The day was implemented in 1987 by the World Health Organization (WHO). The WHO42.19 resolution was passed on 31 May 1988, after which it was observed every year on 31 May as World Tobacco Prohibition Day.
