The country is suffering from epidemics like COVID-19 and in such a situation, all of us should take care of food and drink so that our immune system is strengthened so that our body can fight against diseases. COVID-19 Healthy people, as well as those who are having trouble with mother-in-law, are being advised to stay at home. In some countries, restaurant and take-off offers are becoming limited and some new items are becoming less available.





As you all know that there is a problem of grains in some countries, food related problem is not taking the name of ending, in many places, people have seen death due to bad food, so UN and Agriculture Organization has Decided that it is very important to ensure safe and nutritious food for all.
Good nutrition is important for health, especially at a time when the immune system may need to fight back. There is some problem in getting nutrients in the outside food, whether the amount of carbohydrates in it is good or not.For health, staying physically active is also important. To support healthy individuals in staying physically active at home, WHO Europe has developed special guidance for the quarantine period'

Following the success of 1st Sat in 2019, WFSD again called this year under the umbrella of "The Future of Food Safety" in 2019 to strengthen the commitment by the Addis Ababa Conference and the Geneva Forum to promote food security shored up. WHO is happy to work with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations to facilitate the efforts of member nations to celebrate World Security Day.

Food security is a shared responsibility between governments, producers and consumers. Everyone has a role from farm to table to consume safe food and it will not harm our health. Through World Food Security Day, WHO has included its efforts to mainstream food security into the public agenda and reduce the burden of food-borne diseases globally.

The second World Food Safety Day (WFSD) is being observed on 7 June 2020 to spread awareness about food security and reduce cases of food-borne diseases. About 1 to 10 people in the world fall ill after consuming contaminated food. Is - with an estimated 600 million food-borne diseases. Unhealthy food is a threat to human health. Children below the age of 5 bear a 40 percent burden of food-borne illness with 1,25,000 deaths every year.

Counterfeit items list some ingredients that are not actually original supplements. Do your research about the supplements they use. You can also download the 'Smart Consumer App' launched by the Ministry of Consumer and FSSAI to help customers get accurate information about packaged foods.
  • Closely examine food labels, seals and packaging. Many packaged foods are guiding consumers in product certification. Check for them this can be a security hologram or a QR code or scratch code. Participate in the authentication process. If these labels / signs appear to be tampering, do not shop.
